Approval of travel documents is solely at the discretion of the destination country’s Immigration Authorities. We do not influence the outcome and are not responsible for delays or denials.

Our services begin once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. The service contract becomes binding at this point.
